Tides of Change: 250 Years of Life on the Avon River
February 1 - August 31, 2026From the Mi'kmaq who fished these waters for millennia to the Acadian settlers, the Planter families, and the shipbuilders who made Windsor a maritime powerhouse — this exhibit traces the people and events that shaped life along the Avon River.
Features over 120 artifacts, interactive maps, oral history recordings, and a recreation of a 19th-century shipbuilder's workshop.
